Popular actors like Rahul Banerjee, Rooqma Ray, Dibyojyoti Dutta, Rita Dutta Chakraborty, Tathagata Mukherjee have made the series even more interesting. Shruti Das will also be seen in this serial. Shruti Das was previously seen in the Bengali Super Natural serial Trinayani on Zee Bangla.

Desher Mati serial is a purely family story. How important is a family in a person's life, That is what is shown in the story. Desher Mati series is based on the importance of the family and the story of love for the land of birth. The serial will be aired from 4th January, Monday to Sunday at 6.30 pm.
