Bengali actress Debchandrima Singha Roy who wins the hearts of the Bengali audience by playing Charu in Sanjher Bati serial bagged a new project. Fans have been wanting to see their diva in a new character on screen since 'Sanjher Baari' serial closed.  Finally, the wait  comes to an end. Debchandrima will soon be seen in a new tv serial. Earlier, there was a rumor that Debchandrima will be seen in Raj Chakraborty's telly drama. But Debchandrima has not been cast for the show. 

Finally, Debchandrima Singha Roy bagged a new project and will soon be seen in a new avatar in the brand new serial. Source suggests that this time Debchandrima will be seen opposite Pratik Sen. Yes, you heard it right. Bengali actor Pratik Sen who played Sankho aka Sankhodip Roy Chowdhury opposite Sonamoni Saha in Mohor tv serial, will play the male lead opposite Debchandrima Singha Roy in the new tv serial. 

Patik Sen becomes one of the most popular faces among the Bengali audience by starring in Mohor serial. The serial concluded its journey before expectation after the sudden death of actor Abhishek Chatterjee who was playing a key role as Adideb Roy Chowdhury; Sankho's father. The Mohar serial was launched on 28th October 2019 and has been running successfully for almost three years.

However, Debchandrima Singha Roy and Pratik Sen pairing up for a new serial titled 'Ki Likhi Tomay'. It will be a romantic drama series, produced by Acropolish Entertainment. Although it is a working title for the series. The title may change in the future. Debchandrima and Pratik Sen Starrer new serial is likely to be aired on Star Jalsha. The channel will soon launch a promo for the serial.
