Jibon Saathi fame Diya Basu bagged a new project

Actress Diya Basu who played Priyam in Jibon Saathi serial bagged a new project. Diya Basu will soon be seen o screen in a new avatar. Diya Basu won the hearts of the Bengali serial lovers by playing the role of Priyam in Jibon Saathi where Sayan Karmakar was seen opposite her. After concluding the show fans eagerly wanted to see their diva on screen again. And finally, their wishes are about to be fulfilled.

This time Diya Basu will be seen in a film where 'Prem Tame' fame Soumya Mukherjee will be seen opposite her. Diya Basu and Soumya Mukherjee pairing up for Zee Bangla Cinema Originals film Khokababur Protyabartan. Well, Soumya Mukherjee is also a well known name among the serial lovers as well as in the film industry. In the film, Diya Basu will play the role of Promila and Soumya Mukherjee will be her love interest. Apart from Diya Basu and Soumya Mukherjee, versatile actor, Rajatava Dutta will play a key role in the film.  Diya Basu and Soumya Mukherjee Starrer film Khokababur Protyabartan will be broadcast on 29th of May at 12 pm on Zee Bangla Cinema.
