Kuler Achaar movie Trailer: A film that addresses certain social issues

Finally, the wait is over. The trailer of Sudeep Das's film Kuler Achaar has been released. For the first time, Vikram Chatterjee and Madhumita Sarcar will be seen opposite each other on-screen through this film. Sudeep Das's film Kuler Achaar is a family drama that also features Indrani Halder and Neel Mukherjee in pivotal roles alongside the lead pair. In the film, Vikram Chatterjee and Madhumita Sarcar will be seen as a married couple where Madhumita will play the role of Mithi, Vikram will be her hubby Pritam and Indrani Halder and Neel Mukherjee will be seen as Vikram Chatterjee's reel parents.

Kuler Achaar is a women-centric film which is written and directed by Sudeep Das. The film also addresses certain social issues. Speaking about the story of the film, it revolves around Mithi who refuses to change her surname after marriage. She believes, that if boys do not change their surname after marriage, then why would girls change their surname given by their parents? Mithi also gets support from her husband for her decision. Although Mithi's mother-in-law agrees with her decision, Pritam's father is not happy with Mithi's reluctance to change her surname after marriage.
