Kolkata Chalantika Teaser: Pavel's upcoming film is based on a real-life tragedy

The teaser from Pavel's film Kolkata Chalantika is out now. Recently the teaser has been dropped on YouTube by the makers. Since the announcement, the audience became excited about the film, as it is based on a real-life tragedy in Kolkata. The Posta Flyover collapse is one of the unforgettable incidents for Kolkata and its residents. And filmmaker Pavel will narrate that fading event in his film which is titled Kolkata Chalantika.

The teaser starts with a female voice-over where a news reporter is reporting about the tragic incident. Then its shows some glimpses of the characters and their life in the film. Saurav Das and Ishaa Saha will be seen in completely different looks that have never been seen before. As soon as the teaser comes out, audiences flooded the comment box with their appreciation for the film.

Kolkata Chalantika movie has many prominent artists like Saurav Das, Ishaa Saha, Aparajita Auddy, Ditipriya Roy, Anirban Chakraborti, Kharaj Mukherjee, Anamika Saha, Rajatav Dutta, Satabdi Chakrabarty. The director of the film will also be seen in a key role in the film. Another interesting thing is that internet sensation 'The Bong Guy' aka Kiran Dutta is going to make his debut in mainstream film. Earlier, Kiran Dutta was seen in an independent web series and also acclaimed by the audience and well-known filmmakers for his performance.

In the film, Saurav and Ishaa will be seen as a poor-class couple who lost their home due to the accident whereas Ditipriya will be seen as a journalist. Actress Aparajita Auddy will be seen as a police officer, and Satabdi will play the role of a civil engineer.
