Abir Chatterjee and Mimi Chakraborty to pair up in Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s next

Actor Abir Chatterjee to pair up with Mimi Chakraborty in Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s next movie. For the first time, Abir Chatterjee will be seen opposite Mimi Chakraborty in Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s film which will hit the cinema halls on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja, this year.

'I have done several films with Mimi before, but this is the first time we are going to work as a hero-heroine. Thanks to Shiboprosad, Nandita, and Zinia for thinking of us as a duo' said Abir. 

The shooting of the film will start from mid-March (March 15). Mimi and Abir announced this film on their social media handles on behalf of Windows Production.

'I won't say anything about the film now. But we promise that we are bringing a world-class film' said Chakraborty.

If sources are to be believed, this film of Abir-Mimi duo is going to be an action thriller. Although the makers have not revealed much about the film, they have told the media that it is inspired by an incident that shook the whole of West Bengal. However, it is known that the film will be shot in Dhulagori, Bolpur, and Bantala. 'Windows Production', known for making family drama films, is coming up with a thriller this Pujo.

Meanwhile, Abir Chatterjee and Ritabhari Chakraborty starrer film 'Fatafati' is also produced by the same banner. Directed by Aritra Mukherjee, the film will hit the cinema halls on 12th May 2023.
