Actress Sriparna Roy, who has been a part of the Bengali entertainment industry for a long time, got married yesterday, November 28. The actress tied the knot with Subhadip Bhattacharya, who is a doctor by profession. It has already been reported that the Gaatchora actress is getting married. The wedding is scheduled for this November. And finally, it happened, Actress Sriparna Roy and Subhadip Bhattacharya got married.
The wedding theme was in Bengali traditional style. Bride Sriparna also dressed up in a Red Banarasi Saree with a matching blouse and gold jewellery following the tradition of her ancestors. On the wedding day, Sriparna's co-stars and celebrity friends were also spotted with her. Gaatchota stars like Riaz Laskar, Anushka Goswami, and Katha Chakraborty also attended the grand wedding of Sriparna Roy and Subhodip Bhattacharya on last Tuesday.

Sriparna Roy currently playing Dr. Rukmini Sengupta Singha Roy and Rushali Sengupta opposite Gourab Chatterjee in Star Jalsha's show Gaatchora. Two weeks before her wedding, Sriparna had her aiburobhat on the shooting sets of Gaatchora. It took place in the makeup room. Sriparna has been on leave since November 25. She will come back after spending her honeymoon. Sriparna plans to visit Vietnam and Thailand.
Prior to Gaatchora, Sriparna Roy was seen playing second female lead opposite Ananda Ghosh in Zee Bangla Show Mukut which starred Shrabani Bhunia and Argha Mitra as lead pair. Later, Sriparna left the show saying that ''sometimes we don't get what we want. There is no malice. Some terms and things are beyond personal relationships. There were difficulties on my part, they also had difficulties which forced me to make such a decision. I have accepted this phenomenon as a part of life. I wish a huge success for Mukut and looking forward to working with this person in the coming days.''
