Actress Piyali Sasmal, who was seen playing an important role in Khelna Bari, has bagged a new role in the popular ongoing show Phulki. Sasmal will now be seen in a pivotal role opposite Abhishek Bose and Divyani Mondal in the show. Piyali Sasmal shared this news with her fans and followers on her social media handles. Piyali Sasmal has been roped in by the makers of Phulki to play Dhanshiri Roy Chowdhury aka Dhanu in the show. Yes, Piyali has replaced Ujjayini Chattopadhyay's character in the show. According to reports, the character named Dhanshiri Roy Chowdhury aka Dhanu is going to be a more important character in the show, so the makers of Phulki wanted to have a popular face in the character so that it creates more impact among the audience. So, Piyali Sasmal is now playing the character instead of Ujjayini Chattopadhyay.
