Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta to mark their 50th film with Kaushik Ganguly's next

Here's a piece of good news for all the fans who want to see Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta together on screen. We all know that Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta's on-screen chemistry is an all-time favorite among the audience. From 'Nagpanchami' (1994) to 'Prosenjit Weds Rituparna' (2022), Chatterjee and Sengupta have graced the screen with their amazing presence in 49 films. Now, much-loved duo, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta have teamed up again for Kaushik Ganguly's new film.

Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta will be seen together in Kaushik Ganguly's new (title yet to be announced) film which will be produced by Surinder Films. Well, Prosenjit and Kaushik Ganguly's last film Ardhangini was also produced by Surinder Films which received a positive response from both audiences and critics as well as the box office.

Recently, Prosenjit Chatterjee took to social media to make this new announcement about his 50th film with Rituparna Sengupta which will be directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Kaushik Ganguly.  Taking to Instagram, Prosenjit Chatterjee shared a series of pictures with his director Kaushik Ganguly. Sharing the pics, the Jubilee actor wrote ' নতুন কাজ ...নতুন টিম...পুরোনো বন্ধু' and added the hashtag, #ProsenjitRituparna50.

Yes, you read that right. This film will mark Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta's 50th film in the industry. It will surely be a rollercoaster ride for the audience who love to see Prosenjit and Rituparna together on screen.

Meanwhile, Prosenjit Chatterjee recently received OTTPlay award for his outstanding performance in Jubilee web series. His last film Dawshom Awbotaar, co-starring Anirban Bhattacharya, Jaya Ahsan, and Jisshu Sengupta, is still running in theaters and roaring at the West Bengal box office.
