Eskay Movies announced their upcoming movie name. Eskay Movies' upcoming movie title Anusandhan Starring Saswata Chatterjee in the lead role, directed by Kamleshwar Mukherjee. After almost one year, Eskay Movies returning to their field. Where other Bengali Production Houses have released one movie after another, viewers have not seen any movie from Eskay Movies for almost a year. Hullor was the last movie produced by Eskay Movies Starring Soham Chakraborty, Srabanti Chatterjee, Om Sahani, and Darshana Banik and released on 7 February 2020.
In this new year, Eskay Movies Releasing their New Film title Anusandhan. The film is an adaptation of a play directed by Kamleshwar Mukherjee. Anusandhan is a psychological thriller film starring Saswata Chatterjee in the lead role. Saswata Chatterjee has been seen in many psychological thriller films before like Pratidwandi, Aschhe Abar Shabor, Byomkesh series, etc. Once again Saswata Chatterjee will be seen in a thriller film with Anusandhan.
Apart From Saswata Chatterjee, Anusandhan film Also stars Payel Sarkar, Riddhi Sen, Churni Ganguly, Joydeep Mukherjee, and Priyanka Mondal , Priyanka Sarkar in lead roles. Saswata Chatterjee playing the lead roles of Indra. Payel Sarkar playing the lead role opposite Saswata Chatterjee as Papiya. Actress Priyanka Mondal will be seen as Indra(Saswata)'s wife, who belongs to a royal family. Earlier, Priyanka Mondal and Saswata Chatterjee were seen together in Aschhe Abar Shabor. This is the second time Priyanka working with Kamaleshwar Mukherjee, before this film Priyanka has acted in a short film directed by Kamleshwar Mukherjee.
Few scenes of the movie were shot in England and a few in Kolkata. Recently Eskay Movies media released The official Poster of Anusandhan on their social media page. Although the release date of the movie has not been officially announced.
