The story of Flatmate series revolves around Trisha and Romyodip. Romyodip came to Kolkata with the dream of becoming an actor. But his dream of becoming an actor did not come true. After doing a television comedy show, he became a stand-up comedian. On the other hand, Trisha belongs to Jalpaiguri, she shifted to Kolkata to complete her higher studies. Then she joins as an intern in a wedding planning company where she falls in love with her senior. A few days after the relationship, Trisha realized that her boyfriend was cheating on her. After that Trisha breaks up with her boyfriend and quits the internship. After the breakup, Trisha finds herself alone and she suffers from loneliness. To cut her loneliness, she has made a post on social media that she needs a male Flatmate. Then Trisha meets Romyodip. After that how they become friends and how their friendship turned into a relationship, Addatimes's new web series Flatmate is made with these complications.
