Actress Rupsha Mukhopadhyay Sharing screen with Rajatava Dutta in Sanjay Das's next film "Nidhan''. Rupsha Mukhopadhyay will be seen in a new and challenging role in this film. She will play the role of Radha who lost one of her legs in an accident.  Well, for the first time Rupsha Mukhopadhyay will play this type character on the silver screen which is the exact opposite of her glamour look. Actor Rajatava Dutta will be seen as a police officer in this film who play an important role in Radha (Rupsha)'s life.

Apart from Rupsha Mukhopadhyay and Rajatava Dutta, the film also stars Abhishek Chatterjee, Bharat Kaul, Supriyo Dutta, Subhadra, and  Meet Das in pivotal roles. Actor Meet Das will be paired with Rupsha Mukhopadhyay in the film.

In nowadays, If someone commits a crime, there are some people who always try to suppress that crime with the power of their money. The film is based on this context. The story of the film revolves around Radha (Rupsha) who lost her one leg in an accident and lives a life of disability. Whether the accident was caused by nature or someone had planned it will be known only after the release of the film. The team of ''Nidhan'' has already started the shooting in Paschim Medinipur and expected to release it towards the end of this year.

Rupsha Mukhopadhyay also Starring in Horror Stories which has two different stories 'Bhoy' & 'Chinese Box' and directed by Sayan Basu Chowdhury. Rupsha Mukhopadhyay will be in 'Bhoy'' where she will play Amrita and Mainak Banerjee will be seen as Prodyut opposite her. The other story 'Chinese Box' featuring Alivia Sarkar and Supratim Saha. The film is awaiting its release.
