Actress Darshana Banik to star in Pijush Saha's upcoming film Jaalbandi. Filmmaker Pijush Saha who gave talented stars like Ankush Hazra, Subhashree Ganguly to the Bengali film industry is going to launch his son Prince Prachurya this time. Actress Darshana Banik will be seen opposite Prachurya. Actress Payel Sarkar will also be seen in an important role in the film. Apart from Darshana, Prachurya, and Payel Sarkar the film also stars Kharaj Mukherjee, Dipankar Dey, Pushpita Mukherjee, Pampa Saha, Rano Joy Bishnu in the pivotal roles.

Speaking about the film, it is based on a novel with the same name written by Samaresh Majumder. The story revolves around Anish playing by Prince Prachurya. Anish is an insurance agent by profession who always tries to be honest with his company and client. But later he faces the harsh reality of the corrupt society and fall into a trap of deception, blackmail, and murder. He gets only 72 hours to survive where he has to choose between death and corruption. What will happen next? And how will Anis get out of this deception? All the questions will be answered on 4th February 2022.
