Actress Shyamoupti Mudly is coming back on tv-screen with a new drama series. She will be seen in Leena Gangopadhyay's new tv series. Actor Ranojoy Bishnu who is mostly known for his acting in web series, is going to make pair with Shyamoupti Mudly in Leena Gangopadhyay's new drama series. Shyamoupti Mudly will be seen as a simple girl from a hilly village, and the other hand, actor Ranojoy Bishnu will be seen as an army officer in the series.

Speaking about the story of Shyamoupti Mudly's new serial, It revolves around a village girl who studies in the local school and dreams of becoming an army officer. Her father works at the home of her schoolteacher whose husband is an army officer. The teacher helps the girl in her studies and a good relationship is formed between them. Later, that teacher dies and the story takes a new turn.

Actress Shyamoupti Mudly was last seen on screen in the Dhrubatara tv-series where she played the lead role as Tara and her co-star was Indrajeet Bose. She is mostly known for playing Mini aka Mrinmoyee in Bajlo Tomar Alor Benu tv serial where her co-star was Rahul Dev Bose. She has also acted in popular shows Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, Potol Kumar Gaanwala, etc.  She has also acted in Pinaki Sarkar's film Bultir Result where she played the titular role, and her co-stars were Sumanata Mukherjee and Dola Chakraborty.
