Nabanita Malakar and Rahul Dev Bose starrer serial Sagar Jyoti is coming to an end soon. The serial was launched just a few months ago but now the producers have decided to shut down the serial although it did not complete half of a year. Sagar Jyoti serial was premiered in August 2021 and is slated to close in about four months which makes sad both the entire team and the fans of the show. 

But why is Sagar Jyoti Serial is shutting down in just a few months?

Of course, there is no new reason behind the closure of the serial. The makers of the Sagar Jyoti serial have decided to close it just because of TRP issues. The TRP failed to please the producers of the show. So the production team has decided to shut down the show.

Sagar Jyoti serial is the first-ever original show for Enter 10 Bangla where Actor Rahul Dev Bose and Nabanita Malakar are playing the lead roles. Apart from Nabanita Malakar and Rahul Dev Bose, the serial also stars Chandrayee Ghosh, Ananya Sengupta, Sritama Bhattercherjee, Soumak Basu, Sayantani Sengupta, Avijit Sarkar, and Liza Sarkar in the key roles.

This month a number of Bengali drama series are going off-air including a mythological show. A popular entertainment channel is going to close three of the shows of the channel. And this is not the first time we've seen that even though the shows have a good story, many shows shut down sooner than expected.
