Actress Sanjana Banerjee Starrer new web series 'Sleeper Cell' has been released. The thriller web series is now streaming on the new Ott platform Mojoplex. Actress Sanjana Banerjee made her debut in the Ott platform with this web series. Director Anshuman Pratyush has also made his directorial debut in Ott with this web series.
Apart from Sanjana Banerjee, the series has a strong cast including Sabyasachi Chakraborty, Abhishek Chatterjee, Sraddha Das, Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, and Dipanjan Basak in the pivotal roles. The first episode of the web series was dropped on Mojoplex on 28th November 2021.
Sleeper Cell is a crime thriller web series. Speaking about the story, it revolves around Arnab who leads the dual life as a responsible husband and a murderer. Arnab killed the secretory of the defence minister. As usual, the local police take the responsibility to investigate the case. But before the police could arrest Arnab, he escapes after killing his wife and the case becomes more complicated. Then, a CID officer named Nandita takes the charge of the case as the local police failed to recognize the killer's residence and from here the story takes a new turn.
