Finally, the good news has come. Dev and Rukmini Maitra Starrer film Kishmish has got its release date. Dev-Rukmini's rom-com film Kishmish will hit the theaters on 29th April, 2022. Actor-producer Dev has shared the news on his social media handles. It has already created a buzz among the Bengali audience with its first teaser which was released in 2020 and the team of the film received positive reviews from the audience. This time the announcement of the release date of Kishmish has made the viewers more excited. The comment box was flooded with messages full of excitement and good wishes.
Apart from Dev and Rukmini Maitra, the film also stars Kamaleswar Mukherjee, June Malia, Kharaj Mukherjee and, Anjana Basu in pivotal roles. Another interesting thing is that we will see Ankush Hazra, Jisshu Sengupta, Rituparna Sengupta, and Srabanti Chatterjee in cameos.

The film has three different timelines. One of them belongs to a political angel. Dev will be seen in triple role for the first time, which makes the audience more interested. For the first time, this kind of concept will be seen in the Bengali film industry.
