Abir, Sohini, and Arindam Sil teamed up again for a new Byomkesh venture

Here is a good news for all the fans of the Byomkesh franchise. Bengal's favorite Satyanashi will be seen again on the big screen soon where actor Abhir Chatterjee will take his famous Byomkesh avatar. As before, Sohini Sarkar will portray the character of Satyabati, and actor Suhotra Mukhopadhyay will essay the role of Ajit.

SVF and Camellia Production join hands for the new Byomkesh film. The official announcement of the film has been made today morning. Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay's 'Bishnupal Bodh' which was an incomplete story director Arindam Sil has completed for the film along with Padmanabha Dasgupta and it made the audience more curious. The film has a 1971 background with the tumultuous Naxal uprising in Bengal. Byomkesh decided to attend a theater drama where he unexpectedly becomes a witness to a crime. As Byomkesh tries to unfold the mystery, it exposes him to a triangular story of love, infidelity, and betrayal. This is the fourth Boyomkesh venture for director Arindam Sil. earlier, he has directed Har Har Byomkesh (2015), Byomkesh Pawrbo (2016), and Byomkesh Gotro (2018). If all goes according to plan, director Arindam Sil will start shooting from May.
