Popular Bengali entertainment channel Star Jalsha has released a new promo of the new drama series 'Godhuli Alap' where actor Koushik Sen will play the male lead role. Senior actor Koushik Sen and actress Somu Sarkar will play the lead roles in the new serial 'Godhuli Alap' and will be paired with each other. The new drama series 'Goudhuli Alap' has a strong cast including Bhaswar Chatterjee, Sohag Sen, and Arpita Mukherjee in the pivotal role. 'Godhuli Alap' serial is going to be the first notable work for actress Somu Sarkar. However, she has acted in well-known tv series like Agnishikha and Ikir Mikir.
After a long time, actor Koushik Sen will be seen on the small screen. For the past few years he has been busy with his film projects. This time Koushik Sen will be seen in the Star Jalsha's new serial 'Godhuli Alap' where actress Somu Sarkar will be seen opposite him.
In the serial, Koushik Sen will play the role of Arindam Roy who is a lawyer by profession and is known for his honesty and ethics. On the other hand, actress Somu Sarkar will be seen in the role of a village girl named Nolok, who always has to face financial crisis in her life. In the promo, we see that Arindam with his honesty and skill helps a village to get justice. Arindam has assured he will always help that person in the future too. We also learn in the promo, Nolok's father arranges a wedding for her but some thugs kidnap her groom and Nolok's father asks Arindam to marry Nolok.

The same channel is also going to launch a new drama series 'Guddi' where actress Shyamoupti Mudly and actor Ranojoy Bishnu will play the lead roles.
