Abhishek Chatterjee
's sudden death left everyone shocked. All his fans including his co-stars mourned and paid tribute to him. A few days ago, he has been honored with the Best Actor in the 'Port Blair International Film Festival' for his last film Panchabhuj directed by Rana Banerjee. As usual, the award was handed over to his wife and child on behalf of late Abhishek Chatterjee. Abhishek's co-stars were also present at the awards show. Actress Trina Saha, the reel daughter of the actor said that he wanted his daughter Saina to be like her. Abhishek Chatterjee's wife Sanjukta disheartened by statement. She has expressed her displeasure with the statement of the actress on social media, although she did not mentioned any name.

Sanjukta Chatterjee has made a post on the actor's profile. She has also shared a short video where Abhishek is seen playing their youngest daughter Saina. She penned in the caption 'Abhishek deeply - very deeply loves Doll (Saina) and loves her just the way she is!! He loves her the most!He loves the way she speaks English and French and is extremely proud of our only child. Doll had scored a 92% last semester and Abhishek had thrown a party to celebrate this success! Abhishek loves his daughter just the way she is,as she is unique(just as every child to their parents). He loves her the most. Doll is our Doll and Doll is our one and only dream. We both are proud of her just the way she is. We do not want Doll to be like anyone else, but herself. (stating this as one of his co-stars claimed that Abhishek wanted his daughter to be like her). Let us respect a father's love for his only daughter. There is a huge difference between on screen and off screen and Abhishek never liked mingling his professional life with personal'. (sic)
