Actress Debchandrima Singha Roy to make her debut on Big screen

Here is a good news for all the fans of actress Debchandrima Singha Roy. The young star who already has won the hearts of the Bengali audience by playing Charu on the small screen will soon be seen on the silver screen. Debchandrima is going to make her debut with Dev and Rukmini Maitra starrer film Kishmish which is scheduled for release on 29th April. She will be seen in a cameo along with Ankush Hazra, Jisshu Sengupta, and Rituparna Sengupta. Although she has not yet revealed much about his role in the film.

In an interaction with ETimes, Debchandrima said, 'It’s like a dream come true for me as I am getting to debut in a film that stars Dev. I have been a huge fan of Dev since my school days. When I got a call from his production house and the role was offered to me, I simply could not believe it'.

Meanwhile, The team of Kishmish including the star cast is busy promoting the film. Dev, Rukmini, Kharaj Mukherjee, Debchandrima, and others associated with the film were recently seen promoting their upcoming film Kishmish at a Kolkata metro station. Kishmish is a romantic drama film with three timelines where Dev will be seen in three different looks. The film has already created a craze among fans and is awaiting release.
