Priyanka Bhattacharjee to star in Dip Modak's thriller series Necro

Actress Priyanka Bhattacharjee is on a roll these days as she has some interesting projects in her kitty including a Hindi film. A few days ago, Priyanka shared her excitement about her Hindi film Talluq directed by Sritama Dutta, Starring Vinay Pathak, and Anupriya Goenka. The bubbly actress has recently been seen in Rohaan Bhattacharjee and Susmita Dey starrer drama series Aparajita Apu. Be it a small screen or silver screen, Priyanka impressed both makers and the audience with her performance.

Prior to Talluq, Priyanka has signed for web series. This time she will be seen in Dip Modak's thriller mystery Necro. In the series, Priyanka can be seen in a different avatar where she will share the screen with Subhasish Mukherjee. The series also stars Arna Mukhopadhyay in the lead role, he will play the key role opposite Priyanka Bhattacharjee. Actor Subhasish Mukherjee will play an important role in the series. For the first time, Subhasish Mukherjee will the role of a forensic doctor through Dip Modak's Necro.

Dip Modak's Necro is a thriller mystery. Murder is the central theme of the series. Someone has started a game of brutal murder where police are no exception. Preliminary investigation revealed that the assassin is suffering from a rare disease called Necrophilia and he fulfills his sexual desire by having sex with women's corpses. Is that the only reason he kills women or is there some other mystery behind the killings?

Dip Modak's Necro is written by Tanushree Mahajan and Dip under White Feathers Production banner. The series is produced by Pradeep Bajaj, Creative Producer Soumojit Adak. If everything goes according to the plan, Dip Modak will start shooting for the web series from the last week of this month. Dip Modak-directed web series 'Necro' will be streaming on Mojoplex.
