Actor Subhomoy Chatterjee passes away

Another sad news for Tollywood fans and those who belong to the industry. Actor Subhomoy Chatterjee, who was mostly known for his work in Bengali films and television series, has passed away.

According to the report, Subhomoy Chatterjee was battling one of the killer diseases called Cancer. He had been admitted to a private hospital for treatment since last month. Unfortunately, he is no more. The versatile actor breathed his last today (14th June) morning.

Actor Subhomoy Chatterjee was one of the popular faces among the Bengali audience who made his mark in the industry with his performance. He acted in several Bengali films and television series. His sudden death has shocked everyone in the industry. Actors like Bhaswar Chatterjee, Lopamudra Sinha have expressed grief over the news and mourned the loss.

Subhomoy Chatterjee played a prominent role in Soumik Sen's Mahalaya which also stars Jisshu Sengupta and Prosenjit Chatterjee and Subhasish Mukherjee in key roles. In addition to these popular stars, Shubhomoy Chatterjee was also been acclaimed by the makers and audience for his performance in the film.
