Actress Sauraseni Maitra, who is mostly seen in Bengali films, will soon be seen on screen with popular musician Anupam Roy. Sauraseni Maitra will be seen with Anupam Roy in a music video. Singer Anupam Roy is going to make a music video titled Darun where actress Sauraseni Maitra will be seen with him. For the first time, Sauraseni Maitra and Anupam Roy will be seen together on-screen through the music video Darun. Anupam Roy sang the song as well as wrote the lyrics and composed the melody. Anupam Roy's new music video Darun with Sauraseni Maitra will be released on Saregama Bengali YouTube channel.
On the career front, Sauraseni made her Big screen debut with the 2012 action drama film Chittagong, under the direction of Bedabrata Pain. After that, she starred in Prashant Nair's comedy-drama film Umrika. She has acted in many hit films like Machher Jhol, Generation Ami, Byomkesh Gotro, Ekkanobarti, Baba Baby O, etc. Sauraseni Maitra has also been seen on the digital platform. She acted in super hit web series like Lalbazaar, Ek Thi Begum, etc. Apart from all of these, she worked in an advertisement directed by Bengali film director Anik Dutta, in which Bollywood film actress Deepika Padukone acted as well.
