Actress Debadrita Basu to comeback with a new show

Actress Debadrita Basu who was last seen as Meera in a mythological show will soon be seen in a new drama series on TV. Debadrita's last show Shree Krishna Bhakto Meera was concluded the journey on TV in 2021. The show ended its journey on TV within just five months of airing. Since then, Debadrita's fans are eagerly waiting to see their diva on screen again. And finally, fans will get to see Debadrita Basu on screen.

As per the recent buzz, Debadrita Basu will be seen in a new drama series where she will play the female lead in a new avatar. There is also a buzz that the new show will be aired on Sun Bangla. And the first promo of the show starring Debadrita is likely to release in mid-August.

The beautiful and talented actress started her acting career at a very young age. Basu's acting career started with the theater group Ha Za Ba Ra La at age 8. While studying at school, Basu started the theater practice with her father. Drohi Choitonnya was her first theater drama. Debadrita Basu made her television debut with Joyee where her co-star was Dibyojyoti Dutta. Then she bagged the lead role in Alo Chhaya. In 2021, she was seen playing Princess Meera Bai in Shree Krishna Bhakto Meera where her co-stars were Joey Debroy, and Prarabdhi Singha among others.
