Dev to portray Bagha Jatin in Arun Roy's film; check out the first look

Today (15th August 2022) India celebrates 75th Independence Anniversary. The special day is celebrated all over the country. Along with the celebrations, the entertainment industry is busy making the special day more memorable by announcing new projects. Many film production houses and stars have announced their upcoming projects and Superstar Dev is also one of them. And on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, Dev and filmmaker Arun Roy have come up with a big surprise for the cinema lovers.

Filmmaker Arun Roy bringing freedom fighter Bagha Jatin to the silver screen where Dev will portray the character of Bagha Jatin aka Jatindranath Mukherjee. After playing Shankar Ray Choudhuri in Chander Pahar, and Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikari in Golondaaj, the versatile actor will be seen as Bagha Jatin aka Jatindranath Mukherjee. 

On this special day, Dev officially released the first look from the film titled Bagha Jatin which will be directed by Arun Roy. Arun Roy earlier directed super hit films like Hiralal, and Egaro: The Immortal XI, 8/12 Binay Badal Dinesh, etc. And these movies are among the highest-rated movies on 'IMDb'. Arun Roy's Bagha Jatin will have a lot of VFX. The announcement has already created a huge buzz among fans and in the industry as well. Fans are also looking forward to witnessing the hand-to-hand battle between Jatindranath Mukherjee and Royal Bengal Tiger.
