Popular serial Mon Phagun, Starring Sean Banerjee and Srijla Guha as the lead pair will end its journey on TV soon. Yes, you heard that right. Mon Phagun serial which premiered on 26th July 2021 is about to end its journey. The news shocked everyone including the Mon Phagun fans. Recently, the channel announced the telecast time of the new show Madhabilata. Since then fans were hoping that their favorite show's airing time would be changed.But this news shocked them. Pihu and Rishiraj will not be seen for long on TV. 18th August 2022 is the last day of shooting for Mon Phagun serial.

The last episode of Mon Phagun serial, Starring Sean Banerjee and Srijla Guha will be telecast on 21st August 2022. After completing one year of journey, the show is going off-air. If sources are to be believed, The makers decided to end the show due to insufficient TRPs. Although the show initially gave the channel good TRPs, it failed to make an impression on the TRP charts in the last few days. So the makers and channel decided to close the show.

Mon Phagun serial features many prominent and popular stars like Geetashree Roy, Prantik Banerjee, Kaushik Chakraborty, and Biswanath Basu among others. The lead actress of the serial, Srijla Guha made her television debut with this show where her co-star Sean Banerjee is already a household name.

A few days back, a newly launched drama series on the same channel titled Bouma Ekghor has been closed in just three months. And these things are not new in the industry. Due to an insufficient number of TRPs, several shows have closed earlier than expected.
