Sandipta Sen and Ditipriya Roy teamed up for Hoichoi series Bodhon

Sandipta Sen and Ditipriya Roy, both are familiar faces among the Bengali audiences and also shared the screen together at a time. After a long time, Once again these two talents will be seen together in a web series. Hoichoi' s brand new series Bodhon has been taken up by Sandipta Sen and Ditipriya Roy in lead roles.

Hoichoi' s new series Bodhon is a women-centric series that highlights some major issues in our society. In the series, Sandipta Sen will play the role of Raka Sen, a professor by profession and Ditipriya Roy will be seen as Sandipta's reel student Sinjini. These two ladies will be seen addressing some major issues of our society in Bodhon. 

Sharing her excitement about the series, Sandipta said, ''I like the concept of the series. It is a story of empowerment that carries a powerful message against the ordeals of society. I worked with Ditipriya in my first serial when she was very young. Now she became a very good and popular actress. So it feels great to work with her after so many years''. 

After hearing the story, ''I really wanted to be a part of this project. Apart from the theme of the series, I am also excited to work with Sandipta again. I would definitely like to thank Hoichoi for thinking of such a project and giving me the opportunity to be a part of it'' said Ditipriya.

Taking to Instagram, the makers announced the series and also shared the first look of Sandipta Sen and Ditipriya Roy for the series. The makers also informed us that the series will release on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja, this year.
