Apart from gyming, health check-ups, and taking proper medicine to boost immunity, all I did as per doctor's advice. We had to shoot on real locations, and I knew very well what kind of fitness I needed to make such a journey believable on screen. I have also taken the doctor's advice on how to stay healthy at such a height. However, Sunita's husband was also present during the shooting, along with two experienced Sherpas'.
