Actress Koel Mallick is coming back soon on the Big screen in her detective avatar. After Parambrata Chatterjee's film 'Bony', Koel was not seen on screen. She took a break from the camera after giving birth to a son (Kabir). Mallick said, she will come back if she gets an interesting project. Fans are also eagerly waiting to see their diva back on screen. But it looks like they won't have to wait long. Koel Mallick will soon be seen on screen as Mitin Mashi.

Yes, you heard it right. Director Arindam Sil and Koel Mallick have teamed up again for the second film of Mitin Mashi franchise. For the first time, Koel Mallick was seen as Mitin Mashi on 2nd October 2019 and the film was highly appreciated by both audience and critics and also performed well at the box office. Following the success of the film, director Arindam Sil decided to make Meetin Maashi 2. But it was not possible due to the epidemic.

However, director Arindam Sil shared that he will bring Mithin Mashi back to the screen. Even Koel Mallick said yes to the director for Mitin Mashi 2. Mitin Mashi 2 will be based on 'Keralay Kistimaath' written by the novelist Suchitra Bhattacharya. If everything goes according to plan, Adrinam Sil will start shooting for the film from this December.
