Abhishek Veer Sharma, who was last seen in Mou Er Bari, bags a new project. The charming actor will soon be seen in a new daily soap titled 'Sohag Chand' co-starring Anwesha Chakraborty in the lead role. So, Bengali viewers will get another new drama series with a new pair on their TV screens.
The new TV serial 'Sohag Chand' features Abhishek Veer Sharma and Anwesha Chakraborty in lead roles. While Anwesha Chakraborty will play the titular role, Abhishek Veer Sharma will be seen as Sohag's love interest. The first promo of the show featured only Anwesha Chakraborty and the makers were keen on casting Abhishek. The first promo featured Anwesha and introduced Sohag to the audience. And recently, the channel officially released a new promo for the show featuring Anwesha Chakraborty and Abhishek Veer Sharma and also introduced their characters to the audience. The channel also revealed the telecast time for the show.
Anwesha Chakraborty and Abhishek Veer Sharma's serial 'Sohag Chand' starts on 28th November and will be telecast every night at 7 PM on Colors Bangla.
Speaking about the show, it revolves around Sohag who is now able to get married. But 34 people rejected her because of her healthy weight. According to them, she is not fit to be a bride. But Sohag has no regrets about this. Sohag also raises a question, is looks really important? does anyone have eyes to see the heart of that person? She still dreams that one day a prince will come for her and see her inner soul instead of her looks.
