Actor Samm Bhattacharya joins the cast of Mithai

Actor Samm Bhattacharya, who played a negative role in Mon Phagun serial, bags a new project. He will soon be seen in Adrit Roy and Soumitrisha Kundu starrer popular show Mithai. Recently the channel has changed the time slot for Mithai. The serial will be telecast at 6 pm from November 14. The makers have also added some new twists and turn to the show. 

The makers have added a new track to the story where we see Mithai's untimely death and Mithai-Siddharth's son Shakya growing up. Meanwhile, the new track already introduced Mithi, a twist where the protagonist dies and a look-alike with minor changes in attire and attitude, suddenly appears. Mithi arrives at Monohora as Shakya’s teacher and leaves everyone shocked as she looks just like their beloved Mithai.  Mithi arrives at Monohora as Shakya’s teacher, who is modern, has curly hair, wears western outfit, and can speak fluently in English. 

And now the show is going to introduce a new character where we will see Actor Samm Bhattacharya who already won the hearts of the audience with his performance in Mon Phagun and Mon Mane Na. 

The news has already spread like wildfire among fans. Many believe that Sam's character saved Mithai's life and gave her a new identity as Mithi. In fact, there is a dispute about whether Mithai is Mithi or not. Nothing has been revealed yet.

However, the show has failed to make an impact on the TRP charts in the last few weeks and has even dropped out of the top five list. But now it looks like the new track will be able to make an impression on the charts again.
