Prosenjit Chatterjee shares the first poster of Kaushik Ganguly's film 'Kaberi Antardhan' 

Finally, the wait is about to end. Kaushik Ganguly's much-awaited film 'Kaberi Antardhan' is all set to hit the theatres on January 20, 2023. The film has an ensemble cast including Prosenjit Chatterjee, Srabanti Chatterjee, and the National Award winner filmmaker Kaushik Ganguly himself. 

Today (November 18), taking to social media, one of the lead actors, Prosenjit Chatterjee shared the first official poster of 'Kaberi Antardhan'. The romantic thriller marks Prosenjit Chatterjee and Srabanti Chatterjee as an on-screen pair for the first time. Apart from these three power-packed performers, the film also stars a number of versatile actors like Churni Ganguly, Kaushik Sen, Indraneil Sengupta, Ambarish Bhattacharya, and Indrasish Roy in pivotal roles.

The film is set against the backdrop of the infamous Emergency era in '70s Bengal. In an Interview with ETimes, Kaushik Ganguly said, it is a love story which is set in a small town of North Bengal. 'The story chronicles relationships from a small town, surrounded by the serene tea-gardens and hills of North Bengal'.

Kaushik Ganguly himself penned the screenplay and dialogues, while Prabuddha Banerjee composed the music for the film. The film is produced by Nispal Singh under Surinder Films banner.
