Rishav Basu and Rajnandini Paul teamed up for Sayantan Ghosal's film

One of the young actors of Tollywood, Rishav Basu is on a roll these days as he has some interesting films in his kitty. Rishav Basu's upcoming film 'Prosenjit Weds Rituparna' is scheduled to release in theaters on 25th November. And now, Rishav Basu has bagged a new film which will be directed by Sayantan Ghosal, and actress Rajnandini Paul will be the leading lady.

However, for the first time, Rishav Basu and Rajnandini Paul will be seen together on screen through Sayantan Ghosal's next suspense thriller Saralakkha Holmes. Rishav  Basu has already left the city and flown to London to shoot the film. Apart from Rishav Basu and Rajnandini Paul, the film will also have some prominent actors from the industry like Gaurav Chakrabarty, Arna Mukhopadhyay, Kanchan Mullick, Shataf Figar and Shaheb Chattopadhyay in pivotal roles. 

The makers have already released a poster for the film on their social media handles. While Sayantan Ghosal is the director, Padmanava Dasgupta has penned the screenplay and dialogues of the film. The film is expected to release in 2023.

There is also a buzz in the industry that Rajnandini Paul and Rishav Basu will be seen together in a romantic comedy film which will also be directed by Sayantan Ghosal.

Apart from all these, Rishav Basu has two more films. One is directed by Robin Nambiar that will have Sean Banerjee and Ditipriya Roy along with Rishav and the other one will be directed by Anshuman Pratyush that features Ananya Chatterjee, Ditipriya Roy, Arna Mukhopadhyay, and Susmita Chatterjee along with him.
