Ushasi Ray and Arjun Chakraborty teamed up for Aritra Sen's Prantik

Actress Ushasi Ray is on a roll these days as she has some interesting projects including films in her kitty. Earlier, we reported that the talented actress, who started her journey by playing the lead role in Milon Tithi, Bokul Kotha, and Kadambini on the small screen is going to make her big screen debut with Rajdeep Ghosh's film Ayurekha, in which she will be seen in a key role alongside Ritwick Chakraborty, Bonny Sengupta and Kamaleshwar Mukherjee.

And now, there is one more good news for Ushasi's fans. The beautiful actress has joined hands with Aritra Sen and his team for his next film Prantik. In Aritra Sen's Prantik, Ushasi Ray will be seen playing the female lead alongside Parambrata Chatterjee and Arjun Chakraborty. Apart from these three young stars, the film also has some prominent actors like Kaushik Sen and Bidipta Chakraborty in other important roles. 

Speaking about the film, it revolves around football gambling and how it affects the protagonists’ lives, Arjun Chakraborty will play the centric character. The director has already wrapped up the London schedule and recently started a new schedule in Kolkata for the film. 

Aritra Sen's another film 'Shohorer Ushnotomo Dine' featuring Vikram Chatterjee and Solanki Roy in lead roles is also waiting for its theatrical release.
