Director Sandip Chowdhury has passed away at the age of 44

Another shocking news in 'Tolly Para'. Director Sandip Chowdhury, son of late filmmaker Anjan Chowdhury has passed away. He was 44 years old. A few days ago, the director was admitted to a hospital in Ekbalpur after feeling sick on the set of his TV show. He was suffering from kidney problems for a long time. Apart from this, the blood sugar level also increased. Sandip Chowdhury breathed his last at around 11 am on Tuesday (January 3). It is said that an attempt was made to place a stent in his heart, but it was not possible due to various physical complications.

Sandip Chowdhury was one of the popular names in the Bengali TV industry. He directed popular television series like 'Erao Shatru' and 'Rangiye Diye Jao'. Recently, he took charge of directing Colors Bengal's 'Pherari Mon' series. Apart from these, he also directed popular shows like Uron Tubri and Kanyadan. 

Taking to Facebook, actress Riyaa Ganguly expressed her grief and wrote 'RIP dada Sandip Chowdhury, Biswas hocchena shune ..... jekhanei thako Valo thako .... ekjon Valo manush ke Amra haralam mene nitey parchina ..'. (I can't believe it..... stay well wherever you are.... I can't accept that we have lost a good man..).
