Actress Indrakshi Dey bags a key role in Mukut serial

Actress Indrakshi Dey, who was last seen in 'Madhabilata' has bagged a new role in a new show of Zee Bangla. The beautiful and talented actress has got a new role in the brand-new serial Mukut which is set to launch on March 27. Indrakshi will be seen playing a pivotal in the show, co-starring Shrabani Bhunia, Argha Mitra, Sriparna Roy, and Ananda Ghosh.

The women-centric drama will have a fresh pairing of Shrabani Bhunia and Argha Mitra. While Shrabani Bhunia will play the titular role, model-actor Argha Mitra will be seen opposite her in the show. Indrakshi Dey has been roped in a pivotal role alongside the lead pair Shrabani Bhunia and Argha Mitra. Indrakshi is likely to play a negative character in the show. On the other hand, Mukut also reunites Sriparna Roy and Ananda Ghosh. Prior to this, they were seen together as the reel pair in 'Kori Khela'. And renowned actor Subhasish Mukherjee will play the role of protagonist Mukut's father, an artist who makes idols.

On the work front, Indrakshi Dey is a familiar face among Bengali TV lovers. Although Indrakshi is mostly known for playing negative characters on the small screen, her performance on screen has always been appreciated by the audience as well as the makers. She has been a part of several popular shows. Apart from 'Madhabilata', she acted in shows like Jamuna Dhaki, Hridoy Haran BA Pass, and Jhumur.
