Raajhorshee De to make a spy thriller starring Srabanti Chatterjee in double role

Ahead of Mayaa, filmmaker Raajhorshee De has announced a new thriller starring Srabanti Chatterjee in the lead. It's titled 'Sada Ronger Prithibi' which will highlight some major issues of our society, and the director has already started rolling the camera for the film. And one of the interesting things is that Srabanti Chatterjee will be seen in double roles of Shibani and Bhavani in the upcoming movie. While her character Shibani, the widow of a scientist, is a social worker, Bhavani, completely opposite to Shibani, is the head of a trafficking racket. This news will surely please the fans of the 'Kaberi Antardhan' actress.

Apart from Srabanti Chatterjee, the film will have many popular actors from the industry. Artists like Sauraseni Maitra, Rwitobroto Mukherjee, and Richa Sharma will be seen playing key roles in Raajhorshee De's 'Sada Ronger Prithibi'. While Richa Sharma will play the role of a journalist, Sauraseni Maitra will be seen playing Rwitobroto Mukherjee's love interest. Sauraseni Maitra will be seen as Olokhhi, a young widow, whose character plays a vital role in the film.

Interestingly, filmmaker Arindam Sil, who was also seen as an actor in the Guptadhon franchise, will play an exciting role as Swami Karunananda in the upcoming thriller.

Besides these stars, the film also features some popular household stars like Sohini Guha Roy, Devlina Kumar, Sneha Chatterjee, and Mallika Bannerjee in pivotal roles. Also, Ananya Banerjee, the councilor who won the polls twice in a row, is making her acting debut with the film.

The story of this film revolves around an 'Old Age Home' called Mukti Mandap. Bhabani is linked to the trafficking of women through the Ashram. Shivani, on the other hand, wants to unmask culprits. A major portion of 'Sada Ronger Prithibi', will be shot in Varanasi.
