Actress Debchandrima Singha Roy bags a web series

One of the leading actresses of the Bengali TV industry, Debchandrima Singha Roy will now be seen on the digital platform. The pretty actress, who is known for playing meaty roles on the small screen, will be seen in a different avatar in her new web series 'Homestay Murders', a mystery thriller directed by none other than Sayantan Ghosal.

Besides the 'Sanjher Baati' actress, the Hoichoi series 'Homestay Murders' also stars Arjun Chakrabarty, Sohini Sarkar, Parno Mittra, Saurav Das, Aparajita Ghosh Das, Sabuj Bardhan, Judhajit in pivotal roles. 

Talking about the story of the series, it is a revenge thriller that revolves around some young tourists who get stuck in a secluded place while enjoying their vacation. The group of strangers confronts their secrets and motives when one of them is murdered. The group also includes an IPS officer who tries to uncover the truth before the killer strikes again.

The team of 'Homestay Murders' has already wrapped up the shoot of it. Actress Debchandrima shared this wow news with her fans through her Instagram story.

On the work front, Debchandrima was last seen with Pratik Sen in Star Jalsha's show Shaheber Chithi'. The cute and talented actress has been a part of several television dramas. But her role in 'Sanjher Baati' made her a superstar among Bengali audiences. In that show, Debchandrima was seen opposite Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh. And the chemistry between Rezwan and Debchandrima has also been praised by audiences besides the show. Apart from these two, she acted in popular dramas like Tekka Raja Badshah, Kajal Lata, etc.
