Dev shares his first look as Byomkesh from 'Byomkesh Durgo Rahasya'

Here is another good news for the fans of Dev and those who are eagerly waiting to see Dev as Satyanweshi Byomkesh in 'Byomkesh Durgo Rahasya' which will be directed by Birsa Dasgupta. The 'Projapoti' actor and producer shared his first look as Byomkesh Bakshi from the much-awaited film 'Byomkesh Durgo Rahasya'.

On the auspicious occasion of Poila Baisakh (Bengali New Year), Dev shared several updates about his upcoming movies. And just after the announcement of his family drama Pradhan, Dev shared his first look as Byomkesh from Birsa Dasgupta's film 'Byomkesh Durgo Rahasya'. Ever since Dev was announced as Byomkesh, the actor has been trolled by a section of netizens while a section of his fans and social media users wished the actor 'good luck' for his versatility which he has shown in his previous movies.

And today, on such a festive occasion of Poila Baisakh, Dev revealed his look as Satyanweshi Byomkesh Bakshi. However, the lead actor and co-producer of the movie has not announced the rest of the cast for the movie. It's joint venture of Dev Entertainment Ventures and Shadow Films.

Initially, Bollywood actress Mouni Roy was expected to play the role of Satyavati opposite Dev, but for the past few days, there have been rumors that Puja Banerjee could be seen as Satyavati opposite Dev. On the other hand, actor Ambarish Bhattacharya who has appeared in several TV shows and films is likely to play the role of Ajit in this film. But the audience will have to wait for a few more days to know the names of who will play the roles of Satyavati and Ajit besides Dev.
