Siddharth aka Adrit Roy rejoins the sets of Mithai after recovering from his injury

Siddharth aka Adrit Roy has not been seen on screen for the past few days. Mithai's beloved Uchhe Babu aka Adrit Roy took a break from the sets of 'Mithai' due to a leg injury. Fans were eagerly waiting to see their favorite Sid-Mithai duo back on screen. And finally, the good news has come. It looks like they won't have to wait for long, Adrit Roy is expected to be seen on screen from this Wednesday or Thursday.

The charming actor has rejoined the sets of Mithai and has started shooting for the upcoming episodes of the show. Child actress Anumegha Kahali, who is playing the role of Adrit's reel daughter in the show shared an adorable pic with her reel father Siddharth from the sets of Mithai. As soon as Anumegha made the post, fans showered them with love by making comments with kind words.

Talking about drama series, Mithai is one of the most popular shows among Bengali audiences. The show topped the TRP chart for a long time. 

Meanwhile, rumors are rife that the serial will conclude its journey on TV this month. However, the makers are coming up with back-to-back twists and turn in the series. If sources are to be believed, the channel will not launch the new serial till the end of IPL. So serial validity may be extended by a few more weeks.
