Superstar Jeet opens up about doing film with another superstar Dev

Jeetendra Madnani aka Jeet and Deepak Adhikari aka Dev are both heartthrob superstars in the Tollywood industry. These two heroes from the Bengali entertainment industry were seen together on screen in 2010. Raj Chakraborty, who is one of the most celebrated filmmakers in the same industry, brought these two superstars together on screen in his film 'Dui Prithibi' which was released in theaters in 2010.

Since then, fans of these superstars have been eagerly waiting to see them together on screen again. Both Jeet and Dev were repeatedly asked by fans about doing a film together. And for the past few days, there have been rumors in the industry that Jeet and Dev will be seen on screen again with Raj Chakraborty's upcoming film. Well, we have seen Dev and Jeet supporting each other at work. In fact, recently when the trailer of Jeet’s next film 'Chengiz' was released Dev was quick to shower praise on the team. The same thing happened from Jeet’s end as well when Dev’s last film 'Projapati' was released.

But the question is, is it really going to happen or is it just a rumor?

In a recent interview with ETimes, the Chengiz actor opened his lips about doing film with Dev. When Jeet was asked about this, he said there’s no possibility in near future.

''I am so happy and grateful that he wished 'Chengiz' all the best. But all the rumors are baseless. I can assure you there’s no such possibility anytime soon. We are not doing any film together. At least, I am not aware of any such thing. But, yes, I once again thank him for supporting Chengiz'' said Jeet. 

Jeet and his co-star Susmita Chatterjee are on a busy schedule these days for the action entertainer 'Chengiz' which is scheduled to release on 21st April across India. Directed by Rajesh Ganguly, Chengiz' will be the first Bengali film to be released simultaneously in Hindi and Bengali.
