Horror Comedy Drama 'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha' is set for Word TV Premiere

'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha', starring Satyam Bhattacharya and Surangana Bandyopadhyay in lead roles is all set to entertain the Television audience. A popular general entertainment channel called Star Jalsha has made an announcement for the film as their Word TV Premiere. Directed film Anirban Bhattacharya, 'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha' is all set for its World TV Premiere on 7th May on the screen of Star Jalsha. 

'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha' is the first feature film for Anirban Bhattacharya who made his directional debut with 'Mandaar'. The movie was screened in theaters on 25th October 2022 and after making a decent collection at the box office, the makers decided to air the film on Star Jalsha. The film will be broadcast on 7th May, Sunday at 1 PM on the screen of Star Jalsha.

Apart from Satyam Bhattacharya, Surangana Bandyopadhyay, the supernatural comedy-drama also stars Debraj Bhattacharya, Shyamal Chakraborty, Sandip Bhattacharya, Jhulan Bhattacharya, Kripabindu Chowdhury, Sumanta Roy, Surajit Sarkar, Shyamal Sarkar, and Naren Bhattacharjee in other important roles.

Speaking about the film, it revolves around a young Zamindar, who is struggling to survive after losing almost all his family's money and now owns only a palace. He wants to sell the property and when he manages to get a buyer the mansion's dark past comes into play and things go awry. What happens next is the crux of the film.
