Actress Ankita Majumder, who has been a part of several popular shows including Gouri Elo and Ranga Bou has bagged yet a new show. She recently joined the cast of the new show Biyer Phool which is set to premiere on a leading entertainment channel today. The actress shared the news on her social media handles.
The brand-new show Biyer Phool, starring Raja Goswami, Nabanita Das, Ekta Ganguly, and Souvik Banerjee in lead roles, will have two new fresh pairings in the show, where Ankita Majumder will be seen playing a pivotal role alongside them.

The actress, who got married in 2019, was blessed with a baby girl on September 7, 2020. And due to the pandemic, Ankita decided to keep herself away from work. Ankita Majumder made a comeback on TV after two years with 'Gouri Elo', starring Mohona Maiti and Biswarup Bandyopadhyay in lead roles. She later bagged the role of Kumkum in Ranga Bou. And now she will be seen playing a pivotal role in Biyer Phool on Sun Bangla.
Prior to all these shows, she acted in several popular shows like 'Megher Palok', 'Joroar Jhumko', 'Bhoomi Kanya' and 'E Amar Guru Darkshina'. Apart from television shows, she also acted in Bengali films like Auto No. 9696, Char Diker Galpo, Kolkatay Kohinoor, etc.
