Actress Srijla Guha to make her OTT debut, Replaces Solanki Roy in Hoichoi series

Here's a big news for fans of Srijla Guha and those who are eagerly waiting to see the Mon Phagun actress back on screen. Actress Srijla Guha, known for playing the role of Pihu in Mon Phagun serial, is all set to make her debut on the OTT platform with Hoichoi's upcoming series. She will soon be seen in a web series directed by Rahool Mukherjee. 

Yes, you read that right. Director Rahool Mukherjee cast the Mon Phagun actress for his debut series 'C/O Chowdhury Bari'. Initially, actress Solanki Roy, who is also one of the familiar faces in the Bengali industry was scheduled to work as the female lead in the series. However, as per the latest report of 'OTTPlay', actress Srijla Guha has replaced Solanki Roy in Rahool Mukherjee's web series, as Solanki dropped out of the series due to a dispute with the director.

Actor Satyam Bhattacharya, who became popular for his role in 'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha' will be seen opposite Srijla Guha in the series where Paran Bandopadhyay, Anusuya Majumdar, Shantilal Mukherjee, Chandreyee Ghosh, Rwitobroto Mukherjee, and Soham Maitra will be seen playing other important roles.

The model-turned-actress, Srijla Guha made her mark in the industry with her debut series Mon Phagun, co-starring Sean Banerjee as the male lead. After the serial, she was seen opposite John Bhattacharya in a 'Pujo Song' titled Elo Re Pujo Elo, produced by SVF. Later, Srijla also graced the stage of Dance Dance Junior Season 3. She was also featured in several popular drama series like Horogouri Pice Hotel and Bangla Medium.
