Rukmini Maitra, among the most-liked actress in Tollywood, turned a year older today (27th June). To make the day even more special for Rukmini fans, the makers of Byomkesh O Durgo Rahasya have shared the first look of Rukmini Maitra as Satyabati from the detective thriller, directed by Birsa Dasgupta.
Taking to social media, 'Byomkesh O Durgo Rahasya' team wished Rukmini Maitra on her birthday by sharing her first look as Satyabati from the film in which Tollywood heartthrob Dev will be seen playing the titular role opposite her.

Undoubtedly, Rukmini's new avatar as Satyabati has increased the excitement level among fans for the film. One of her fans, wrote 'Rukhmini Di ke darun maniyacha satyabati role e'. Another one wrote 'Wah Rukmini as Satyabati is looking fantastic'.
After much speculation as to who will be seen as Satyabati opposite Dev, Rukmini Maitra has been roped in the role in 'Byomkesh O Durgo Rahasya'. Rukmini Maitra is currently busy dubbing for her most-anticipated films 'Binodiini: Ekti Natir Upakhyan' and 'Byomkesh O Durgo Rahasya'.
Directed by Birsa Dasgupta, 'Byomkesh O Durgo Rahasya' is slated to hit theaters on 11th August 2023.
Apart from these, she is also starring in Sauvik Kundu's film, co-starring superstar Jeet. Rukmini also starring in a Hindi film titled Tariq where she will be seen playing the female lead opposite John Abraham.
