The channel has officially announced the telecast time for the new drama series Roopsagore Moner Manush. The romantic drama, starring Rooqma Roy in the lead role, starts from 3rd July and will be telecast Monday to Sunday at 8:30 pm on the screen of Sun Bangla.
Ever since the announcement of the show, it was in discussion because of Rooqma Roy, who would be seen in a TV show after Lalkuthi. Fans have eagerly been waiting to see Rooqma Roy on-screen again and finally, the time has come.
Rooqma is one of those finest actors in the industry, who are known for their power-pack performances on screen. Be it negative or positive, Rooqma has always won the hearts of the audience as well as the makers.
The female-centric drama will have a fresh face as the male lead opposite Rooqma. Interestingly, senior artist Anjana Basu, who had to take a break from the limelight for her health condition will make a comeback with this show.
In the show, Rooqma will be seen playing the role of Purna, a dutiful girl who lives in a police quarter with her small family and who follows her parents' ideals, and fulfilling parents' dreams is the only goal in her life.
