Although Trina Saha and Neel Bhattacharya will grace the silver screen together, their on-screen presence in the film will not feature each other's love interests. The cast of Soumojeet Adak's "Tilottoma" also includes Rwitobroto Mukherjee and debutante Rai Das in pivotal roles.
Where Trina Saha will play the role of a single mother, Neel Bhattacharya will be seen as a musician and Paran Bandopadhyay will play a senior citizen who runs an Orphanage named "Tilottoma". On the other hand, Rwitobroto Mukherjee will play the role of an accountant and newcomer Rai Das will be seen as a fashion stylist and Rwitobroto's love interest.
