Yes, you read that right. For the first time, Trina Saha and Sean Banerjee will be seen opposite each other in a web series, directed by Riingo Banerjee.
Director Riingo Banerjee, who recently directed web series like 'Varanasi Junction', is coming up with another thriller 'Pilkunj' which will feature Trina Saha and Sean Banerjee in the lead roles. While Sean Banerjee will play the male lead, Trina Saha will play the female lead Bidita, a medical practitioner in this series.
Trina Saha herself shared this news with her fans on her social media handles. Taking to Instagram, Trina Saha shared her new look from 'Pilkunj' and penned '' Today is “Pilkunj” day…One of my recent favourite project that I have proudly and very happily been a part of'''. (sic)

Trina Saha is also starring in Soumojeet Adak's upcoming film "Tilottoma", co-starring veteran actor Paran Bandopadhyay in a key role. Interestingly, Trina's husband Neel Bhattacharya, who is also a popular actor in the same industry and currently playing the male lead in the daily soap 'Bangla Medium' will play a key role in "Tilottoma". Although Trina Saha and Neel Bhattacharya will grace the silver screen together, they will not be seen as each other's love interests in the film.
Sean Banerjee is also keeping himself busy with OTT projects these days. He was last seen opposite Aishwarya Sen in a thriller series titled 'Honeymoon' that premiered on the same OTT platform.
