Actor-producer Dev, who recently played detective Byomkesh Bakshi on screen, is all set to release his Most-Anticipated film 'Bagha Jatin' on 19th October in theaters. Ever since the announcement of the film 'Bagha Jatin', it has created a lot of buzz among fans as Dev will be seen playing the role of Indian freedom fighter Bagha Jatin aka Jatindranath Mukherjee on screen. Fans are also looking forward to witnessing the hand-to-hand battle between Jatindranath Mukherjee and Royal Bengal Tiger. And now the makers have increased the excitement level among fans by releasing a pre-teaser of the film on social media.

Dev, the lead actor and producer of Bagha Jatin movie shared a pre-teaser of the much-talked-about film on social media platforms. Well, before releasing the 'Bagha Jatin' teaser on social media, the makers have shown it to the audience who watch 'Byomkesh O Durga Rahasya' in theatres. However, it has finally been released officially on the social media platform. The teaser has some interesting elements from the movie, including a battle scene between Jatindranath Mukherjee and Royal Bengal Tiger.

About 'Bagha Jatin' movie and its cast
Bagha Jatin, starring Dev and Sreeja Dutta in the lead roles, is a biographical period action-drama film written and directed by Arun Roy. The film is set to release on 19th October 2023. It is also reported that the most-anticipated film 'Bagha Jatin' will be released simultaneously in Bengali and Hindi. It is based on Indian freedom fighter Jatindranath Mukherjee's life who is known as Bagha Jatin, a freedom fighter who fought for Indian independence along with fellow members of the Jugantar.
While Dev will play the titular role, debutant Sreeja Dutta will be seen opposite him as his wife Indubala in 'Bagha Jatin', directed by Arun Roy. The film also stars Sudipta Chakraborty, Rohaan Bhattacharjee, Shoaib Kabeer, Carl Andrew Harte, Alexandra Taylor, and Arohi Bakhuli in pivotal roles.
Arun Roy, who has directed critically acclaimed films like Hiralal, Egaro, and 8/12 Binay Badal Dinesh, directed 'Bagha Jatin too.
